Cancellation policy
Clients can cancel 1 hour or more before class and receive their credit back.
Late cancellation
If cancellation happens less than 1 hour before class time, the class credit is not returned.
Waitlist email
When a booked spot opens, waitlisted clients receive an email so they can book themselves in.
